Introduction
Dr Kapil Singhal is an eminent Anaesthesiologist & Intensivist attached with Metro Hospital for the past 18 years, presently serving as senior consultant anaesthesiologist and heading a 42 bedded multidisciplinary ICU.
He is highly skilled in giving anaesthesia for thoracic surgeries, renal transplant, neuro surgeries, joint replacement, painless normal delivery, etc.
His core competencies in anaesthesia include pain clinic and providing anaesthesia to patients with co-morbid conditions like severe cardiac illness, cirrhotic liver disease, complicated pregnancies, etc.
His expertise in critical care includes managing mechanical ventilation along with invasive procedures like bedside temporary pacing, PA catheter insertion, tracheostomy, etc.
With a lifetime commitment to critical care, he is also an examiner for fellowship in critical care course and an instructor for AHA certified BLS and ACLS course.
