Dr. Anees Thajudeen
Dr. Anees Thajudeen is an interventional electrophysiologist and cardiologist with more than a decade of experience in the field. His areas of interest are interventions for complex ventricular and atrial arrhythmias in patients with structural heart disease. He has expertise in cryoablation for atrial fibrillation and 3D mapping systems to reduce fluoroscopic radiation exposure during complex ablations. He is also an expert in device implants and follow up for implantable cardioverters and cardiac resynchronization devices for heart failure. From 2008 till 2016, Dr. Anees worked as a faculty in Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), where he served as Additional Professor in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. He worked as a consultant in cardiac electrophysiology at the Hamad Heart Hospital, Doha, Qatar from November 2015 to August 2017.
